It is good value. Coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were in the standard king room. The restaurant was located within 200 feet.

the uncle boss is very friendly n helpful.room is beautiful, cozy wonderful,near to the 7-11 n Family Mart . We had a nice time there : )
a lil bit hard to find~ have to right down the number in case n have better conrtact before u go.

Superb place to stay, the owner Warwick is a super chap nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is clean and very comfortable, super location with many nice resturants on the doorstep. would rewcomend to all my friends.

It was good before leaving, but when I was suppose to leave, I inform the boy ken regarding my check out on next day morning at 5.30 am, but unfortunately no one was present, and I left the hotel, after waiting 1 hr, and later I came and given the remaining amount but at that time wraick was getting angry on me and he was saying that they dont wait at morning and cant wait at morning for 150 bhat(which was due to me). But main problem is thta other staff dnt iunderstand english. And also the area is gay area, but thta is not a problem for single traveller. U can stay here, but clear all dues one day before check out. they allow unregistered guest without any extra charge, even they dnt ask the id card of ur guest, so full responsibility is urs only.

A reasonably priced hotel in a quite part of town. A spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated room. A consistently high level of service by employees.
The only problem was the water pressure is very inconsistent.As a result it is a bit difficult to get a decent shower. Apparently it is a very old building and the owners are looking for a solution to this problem.

Warwick the owner was pleasant and easy going... Not much else positive to report...
Howling dogs in staff quarters, crappy water pressure, rotting flaking paint in the bathroom, filthy carpets in the stairwell and hallways... Dead batteries in air-con remote. Battery died in the safe and I was locked away from my valuables... Mmmm need I say more
